Danish social democrats meets support on Twitter in todays general election

It’s election day in Denmark, and in front of the danish social democrats stands a former member of the European Parliament, Helle Thorning-Schmidt, which is very well connected in Europe. She is married to Stephen Kinnock, the son of the former leader of british Labour Neil Kinnock.

The polls have showed a small lead to the left-wing coalition meaning Helle Thorning-Schmidt will become prime minister in Denmark, but the race is close.
